April

  • 3/4 Day: tautog

May

  • Half-Day: primarily croakers, seatrout, roundhead, spot, occasional small shark
  • 3/4 Day: tautog, black sea bass*
  • Full Day: black sea bass*, triggerfish, bluefish, tilefish
  • 17-Hour Deep Drop: black sea bass*, blueline tilefish, golden tilefish, blackbelly rosefish, groupers
  • *black sea bass opening May 15

June-August

  • Half-Day and Night Fishing: croaker, seatrout, roundhead, spot,  small sharks
  • Full-Day:  flounder, black sea bass
  • 17-Hour Deep Drop: black sea bass, blueline tilefish, golden tilefish, blackbelly rosefish, groupers

September

  • Half-Day: croaker, spot, seatrout, roundhead, small sharks
  • 3/4 Day and Full Day: black sea bass, triggerfish, occasional flounder & bluefish
  • 17-Hour Deep Drop: black sea bass, blueline tilefish, golden tilefish, blackbelly rosefish, groupers

October

  • 3/4 Day and Full Day: black sea bass, triggerfish, flounder, bluefish
  • 17-Hour Deep Drop: black sea bass, blueline tilefish, golden tilefish, blackbelly rosefish, grouper

November

  • Full Day: black sea bass, flounder, triggerfish, bluefish, small sharks
  • 17-Hour Deep Drop: black sea bass, blueline tilefish, golden tilefish, snowy grouper, blackbelly rosefish, dogfish sharks

December

  • 12-Hour: black sea bass, bluefish, triggerfish, flounder
  • *black sea bass season is scheduled to close December 11
